Soroush is Assistant Team Lead for Interiors and has been with Vermeulens since 2015. He has his Master of Architecture from the University of Tehran, Construction Project Management Accreditation from George Brown College, his Project Management Certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University, and is presently attaining his Professional Quantity Surveyor Registration. Soroush also has over 13 years of industry experience and is registered with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He has worked on some of the firm’s largest and complex projects in various sectors. Soroush enjoys collaborating with all participants of the design team to ensure a successful project.

As an Assistant Team Lead, Soroush supports the Interiors Team Lead in all team-related tasks. As a Senior Interiors Estimator, he provides insight into the logistics and complexity of each design stage through relevant project management experience and works closely with the MEP and A&S estimating staff on each project.
