Sara Gtat is a Project Assistant and joined Vermeulens in 2020. She has a Bachelor of Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. Sara thrives when faced with challenges and enjoys collaborating in teams with high levels of technical expertise where she is exposed to more opportunities to learn and grow. She knows that when it comes to projects costs, there is no “one size fits all”, every project is unique regarding its function, materials, cost, and size. Her approach is to first gain an understanding of the special characteristics of each project and then build on it to offer the best outcome possible.

As an Interiors Estimator, Sara delivers detailed section take-offs in OST, provides technical support with GFA’s and program digitizing, and utilizes comparables to price various documents. She works closely with the Interiors team and coordinates with all estimating staff on each project.
