Kenneth is an Estimator and has been with Vermeulens since 2015. He started off in digitizing and supporting the administrative staff. His interest in estimating was peaked and was promoted to estimator. Through his current position, Kenneth enjoys the ability to help create project budgets for a variety of clients, conduct take-offs, and create estimates for unique, unconventional building types.

As an Estimator, Kenneth believes that the best way to price out a project is to first identify the project, understand what the challenge is, then determine the desired outcome. Through a collaborative effort, it is important that everybody on the team is informed with a focused path throughout each stage of the project. Kenneth looks forward to continuing to bring the enthusiastic ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues to successfully complete projects on target and on time. He works closely with the Interiors Lead, and collaboratively with the Architectural & Structural and MEP estimating staff on each project.
