John is an Associate and has been with Vermeulens since 2017. He is an experienced contractor, project leader, and estimator who emphasizes sustainable design practices. He has experience in higher education, healthcare, department of defense, and mission-critical markets as well as other sectors. He enjoys collaborating with the design team to provide insight on cost beyond the design.

John has been a vital member of the Texas Team. He has managed some of the company’s largest projects in the state, but his experience extends throughout the United States. He enjoys the challenge of working with both the design team and in-house staff to make sure that the project stays on budget.

John is also a Senior Project Manager and Lead MEP Estimator.
