James is a Project Assistant. He joined Vermeulens in 2020 after graduating from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering. In the time that he has been with Vermeulens, James has become the go to person for all Excel questions. He has been an integral part of revamping the company’s templates.

As an Estimator, James works closely with the MEP estimating team and provides section take-offs in OST and utilizes comparables to price various documents. He works in collaboration with the Architectural & Structural and Interiors estimating staff on each project.
