Stephen is an Estimator and joined Vermeulens in 2019. Stephen has an Honors Bachelor’s Degree from Queen’s University. In his digitizing role, he is involved in a large majority of projects at varying levels of depth, ranging from initial job setups to utilizing comparables to price various documents. Stephen has a high attention to detail and enjoys working in teams to ensure various elements of the work are completed as accurately and precisely as possible. 

In addition to his responsibilities as Digitizer, Stephen is an Interiors Estimator. He works closely with the Interiors estimating team to meet schedule expectations and capture take-offs in OST. Stephen works collaboratively with the A&S and MEP estimating staff on each project.
