Farajj is a Project Assistant, and Senior Estimator who joined Vermeulens in 2022. He has an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Ottawa. Farajj previously worked as a Bell technician. 

As an MEP Estimator, Farajj works closely with the MEP estimating team and provides MEP take-offs in OST, and utilizes comparables to price various documents. In addition, he collaborates with the A&S and Interiors estimating staff on each project.

Farajj enjoys camping with friends, board games, and go-karting.
