Ann Arbor, Michigan
Diamond & Schmitt Architects
Diamond & Schmitt Architects was hired by the University of Michigan for the Dennison Building renovation, now called Weiser Hall. The building includes repurposed classrooms and spaces housing the Center for Global and Intercultural Study, Center for Engaged Academic Learning, Department of Organizational Studies, among other departments and units. The renovation adds space to the building by enclosing an overhang area on the 1st floor and extending windows outward on the 10th floor. This creates a 10-story high-rise section of the building.
