The Clinical Building is 590,000sf, 11 stories tall with an additional 4 floors below grade. The facility will add space to improve and enable operational productivity for patient flow and acute care, critical care, and diagnostic. This includes 150 beds, single patient rooms, 24 bed complex surgical unit, an expanded cardiovascular program, a new 30 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, other inpatient units and clinical and logistical support services such as lab, pharmacy and dietary, and a rooftop healing garden.
The Renewal of Main Campus will involve 146,000sf of grouping similar services together, providing single rooms as well as renovating the support services including radiology, pathology, pharmacy, and physical therapy. There will be an enhancement of inpatient services as well as a renovated Ambulatory.
