Navneet is an Estimator and joined Vermeulens in 2021. She has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. Working at Vermeulens has exposed her to various projects in the firm’s niche industries including higher education, healthcare, science+technology, and cultural designs. Navneet enjoys collaborating with others on challenging projects.

As an Architectural & Structural Estimator, Navneet provides A-section takeoffs in OST and utilizes comparables to price various documents. Her approach to each project is to initially gather as much information as possible and to ask as many questions as needed to get a good understanding. In addition, Navneet brings her previous internship experience in the construction industry to further analyze and comprehend each project she is assigned to.
